Good to know

Is your food safe for my guests?

Yes. We follow Livsmedelsverket and Stockholm Stad rules and work to HACCP standards, and our staff are trained in food handling and allergens.

How far ahead should I book?

At least 2 weeks ahead for large events and 1 week for small ones.

How do deposits and payment work?

A 50% deposit confirms your booking, and the balance is due 5 days before the event. You can pay by Swish, bank transfer or invoice. VAT is included.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel 14 or more days before and you get a full refund minus a 10% admin fee. From 7 to 13 days before, you get a 50% refund. Under 7 days, we can't offer a refund. We need your final guest count 5 days before the event.

What do you need from us on the day?

With the truck on-site we serve for 2 to 4 hours, and extra hours can be added to your quote. We need a parking space and a 16A power socket. For delivery, the fee depends on distance and order size.

Anything else we should know?

We use eco-friendly packaging and local suppliers, and every quote is valid for 14 days.
